Die Übungen sind leicht zu erlernen, individuell einsetzbar und wirklich effektiv. Ich bin selbst immer wieder darüber erstaunt, wie schnell und wie intensiv die Middendorf-Übungen ihre Wirkung entfalten. Dabei wirken sie nicht nur körperlich, sondern auch auf emotionaler und psychischer Ebene. Ich komme dabei zum Beispiel meiner eigenen Kraft wieder näher oder begebe mich vom Level “lustlos” auf “das-pack-ich-jetzt”.
Gerade jetzt, in dieser besonderen Zeit, die von “Corona” geprägt ist und von damit verbundenen Unsicherheiten und Ängsten, helfen mir Atemübungen dabei, einen Schritt weiter zu gehen.
